In 2005, I walked from Barlow Pass to Timberline Lodge at the end of a walk from Crater Lake National Park. This 5 mile segment was through very pretty forest opening for wonderful views of Mt. Hood and the view to the south from the Timberline Lodge area. I do not have photos from that walk. In 2009, I day-hiked from Timberline Lodge to Muddy Fork. This is a very interesting walk mostly in forest but with open points that provide views of Mt. Hood and of the view to the south. There are several stream crossings. In 2010, I walked from Lolo Pass to Ramona Falls via the "official" PCT and from Lolo Pass to Wahtum Lake. All photos are arranged from South to North.
